How to Activate MouseOn

After purchasing MouseOn, simply open the app and enter the email address you used to purchase. Your license will be activated automatically — no serial keys or codes needed.

Device Limit

Your license works on up to 3 Macs. Just use the same email you purchased with on each device. All devices will be activated instantly.

Managing Your Devices

You can view and manage your activated devices in the app. If you need to move your license to a new Mac, simply deactivate an existing device first:

1. Open MouseOn Settings
2. Go to License
3. Click Deactivate this device

Once deactivated, you can activate MouseOn on a different Mac using the same email.

Troubleshooting

Activation not working?

• Make sure you're using the same email address you purchased with.
• Check your internet connection — activation requires a brief online check.
• If you purchased through a different email, try that one instead.

Reached the device limit?

• You can activate MouseOn on up to 3 Macs.
• Deactivate a device you no longer use to free up a slot.
• Go to MouseOn Settings → License → Deactivate this device on the old Mac.
